What is the best way to store our products?

Unused portions should be kept in tight-lid plastic containers, or wrapped with plastic wrap before returning to refrigerator or freezer. Depending on the variety, thawed cakes can be stored covered up to 2 - 4 days in the refrigerator. It can also be refrozen for up to 2 - 4 months.

What is the best way to serve our products?

Cake may arrive frozen still. For immediate consumption upon delivery, remove from container and defrost cake under room temperature for at least 30 minutes. For best texture, remove and defrost cake overnight in the refrigerator. We recommend serving chilled (but not frozen) to enjoy the pure flavour of natural ingredients.

Am I limited to paying on-line only?

No, you are not limited to paying on-line, although it is actually safe and convenient. Cash on delivery is also available. Corporate customers may apply for credit subject to approval.
