Delivery can only be made to one location per entry order. In-stock orders should arrive by the next day. Prices and product availability are subjected to change. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will recommend an alternative item, or notify you of an anticipated delivery date.

Delivery service starts from 10am to 7pm each day. The maximum window period for specific time delivery is 1 hour, ie a 3pm request would be fulfilled between 2:30pm to 3:30pm. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery due partly to unforeseen circumstances along a delivery route.

Restricted Areas
There is no service to restricted areas such as Paya Lebar Airport (Communication Centre), Changi Airport (transit and restricted areas only) and off-shore islands.

Unfulfilled Deliveries
Delivery is considered fulfilled even if a customer is not home or the address given is found to be incorrect, or that the customer has moved. Redirection on the second attempt back to the recipent is chargable. (Singapore only)
